I prefer to use my local mail house. Will you accommodate this request?
Yes. Lists can be sent via CD or e-mailed to the bonded mail house of your choice.

How can I choose the area(s) for my requested selection?
By state, county, zip code, carrier route within a zip code or SCF.
Do I pay extra if I only want to select below ground addresses only?
There is no additional charge for selecting specific types of pools. You may choose above ground, in ground or hot tub.
Do I have a choice to purchase or rent the list?
Call your Pool List USA representative for details.
Are there names or head of household on your list?
For an additional fee, you may use the head of household along with other selections such as income, home value, renter vs. owner and presence of children.
How do you keep your list accurate?
New addresses are added to the list annually. Look for pool counts in your area at the “Pool Counts” link. In 1999, Pool List USA’s list underwent a new high tech procedure to verify that an address is valid and deliverable called DSF (delivery sequence frequency). Utilizing the USPS database, DSF provides a match and identifies non-deliverable addresses. DSF goes a step beyond the CASS certification in authenticating deliverability for a database. In 2003, Pool List USA created a new software program that separates single-family homes from all other types of dwellings (condos, apartments, town homes, multi mail box receptacles, commercial, hotels, motels, health clubs and schools). In conclusion, Pool List USA’s list gives you the highest percentage of delivery and eliminates non-single family residences yielding a higher rate of return for you.
I already have a pool list of 1500 addresses, can I buy unique addresses from you without duplicating my present list?
Pool List USA provides merge/purge processing which compares your file to ours, printing a report of new addresses that are new to you. Call our staff with any questions you may have about this process.
